Redmi Note 10 Pro & Note 10 Pro Max get MIUI 12.5.1 Stable Update

Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi Note 10 series globally and in India. Even though the lineup comes pre-installed with Android 11, but it surfaces MIUI 12 out of the box. Following the Mi Pilot testers, the Redmi Note 10 Pro & Note 10 Pro Max users in India are receiving a stable MIUI 12.5.1 update.

The new software update can be identified with the build version 12.5.1.0.RKFINXM that weighs around 70MB in size. The changelog for both the devices is similar as the one released with the Mi Pilot update.

MIUI 12.5 brings improved performance, tweaks in system apps like camera and notes, and a lot more. Here’s the MIUI 12.5 changelog for the Redmi Note 10 Pro & Note 10 Pro Max.

    New: Fresh modes for recording video and time-lapse photography, as well as a new set of filters (BBP, Mystery, Lime, Tango, Fantasy, Slumber, Carmen, Summer)

If you own a Redmi Note 10 Pro or Redmi Note 10 Pro Max in India, you will receive the pacakage super soon. Alternatively, you can also track the new build by heading over to Settings > About Phone > Software Update, if the firmware pops us on the screen then tap on Download and install.
