Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7 in the US receiving Nougat

Finally, Samsung is rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat to the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7 in the US. We already hinted in the last quarter that S7 Nougat rollout will complete by next Quarter. Already T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon has rolled out the update to the network clocked Galaxy S7 and Edge devices.

Many users on Reddit are sharing the good news for Unlocked Galaxy S7 users.

Talking about this new update to unlocked variants, then users had to wait for few more days. Now, wait is over as rollout is on and soon it will be reaching your device. As we know there are many changes that Nougat brings in, all are packed in this new update. Along with that there are some interface and design changes from Samsung also.

Recently, Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge sales hit 55 Million. They have even introduced Secure Folder For Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge few weeks ago.

In order to check for the update, move to Settings » About device » Software update menu and hit the Download updates manually button to do a manual download.
