Xiaomi sends MIUI 12.5 stable update to Redmi Note 7 Pro

Xiaomi has geared up its speed to release its latest stable skin for its flagships. So far, a handful of devices have bagged the new software update. Presently, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is the latest device to grab the MIUI 12.5 update. The device was debuted back in 2019 with Android 9 Pie pre-installed.

Currently, the Redmi Note 7 Pro runs on Android 10 and is not eligible to grab Android 11. But, it still is receiving the latest skin by the company. The fresh build for the device arrives on firmware version 12.5.1.0.QFHCNXM in China.

As far as features are concerned, MIUI 12.5 brings enhanced performance, UI tweaks, new animations, privacy features, an updated Notes app, and a lot more. Moreover, the changelog also mentions the May 2021 security patch for the device.
