Asus is steadily improving the performance of its devices, be it security patches or fixing vulnerabilities. Recently, the Taiwan giant pushed April 2021 Android security update to ROG Phone 5 and a stable Android 11 update to ZenFone 7 and 7 Pro. Now that the duo is running the latest version, it is receiving another update with system stability and bug fixes in the camera app.

The fresh build for Asus ZenFone 7 and 7 Pro can be identified with version number 220.127.116.11. The update tends to improve performance by enhancing the system’s stability. Moreover, it fixes the problem where the device would not properly recognize the cold color temperature of indoor pictures in some cases.

As normal updates occur, this OTA build is also rolling out to different serial numbers by batches. Accordingly, it may take a while to reach every unit. Asus ZenFone 7/ 7 Pro
Asus officially announced ZenFone 7 and 7 Pro last year in August featuring a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display. It packs Android 10 out of the box paired with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G chipset.
