OnePlus 10R is launched in India as a rebadged version of the OnePlus Ace. Alongside, the company also unveiled the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G as the current most affordable device in the country. Let’s dive a little deeper into the smartphone’s detail!
OnePlus 10R is built around a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The panel offers a 120Hz refresh rate, a 720Hz touch sampling rate, a 20.1:9 aspect ratio, and other features like HDR10+, sRGB, etc.
Underneath, a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max SoC powers the OnePlus 10R paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For software, the phone comes pre-installed with Android 12 with a layer of Oxygen OS 12.1 on top.
At the front, the OnePlus 10R houses a 16MP camera to serve selfies and video calls. On the other side, there’s a triple-camera setup. The capacity of the unit stands at a 50MP primary lens, an 8MP ultrawide shooter, and a 2MP macro sensor.
In addition, the company offers two charging models for the OnePlus 10R. The standard capacity is 5000 mAh which supports 80W fast charging. Whereas, the 4500 mAh battery unit comes with 150W SuperVOOC fast charging.
Price and Availability
The 80W charging option for the OnePlus 10R arrives in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options costing ₹38,999 and ₹42,999 respectively. Whereas, the sole 12GB + 256GB variant with 150W SuperVOOC support is priced at ₹43,999.
The smartphone will go on sale via Amazon, the OnePlus India website, and retail partners from May 4. The vanilla model is available in Forest Green or Sierra Black colorways, while the high-end variant arrives only in Sierra Black shade.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G
At the front, the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G features a punch-hole at the top left corner of a 6.59-inch IPS LCD screen. The panel offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as, it supports the sRGB, P3 color gamut. In addition, it packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
Under the helm, the Nord CE 2 Lite powers the Snapdragon 695 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Also, it runs the latest skin iteration OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12 out of the box.
For optics, there’s a triple rear camera module led by a 64MP main sensor. Accompanying this is an 8MP ultrawide unit and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video chats, the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G houses a 16MP front camera.
