Android GO phone Under $30 might get launched this month

Google has announced its Android Go project in Google I/O 2017. It is basically made for phones with low end specs. Google has recently launches the Android Oreo Go Edition along with Android 8.1 release.

According to Google this Android Oreo Go Edition can even run on phones packed with 512 MB RAM. Along with the Android Oreo Go Edition google has also launched the bunch of Apps in small sizes. These apps are Google Go, Google Assistant Go, YouTube Go, Google Maps Go, Gmail Go, Gboard, Google Play, Chrome, Files Go and Datally.

Now according to the recent report Google is in partnership with Indian manufacturers like Micromax, Lava, Karbonn. This partnership is done to produce the Android GO Smartphones. And according to reports Micromax will be the first company to launch Android GO powered Smartphone under $30(Rs 2000, approx) this month. Moreover other manufacturers will soon comes up with the Android Go powered devices very soon.

HMD is also coming up with the Nokia 1 which might be powered with Android Go platform. According to some sources it is going to be launched in March 2018. It’s supposed to have only 1GB of RAM and 8GB primary storage.
