Xiaomi 11i/ HyperCharge picks up Android 12 update based on MIUI 13

Xiaomi is deploying the Android 12 OS along with MIUI 13 skin iteration for eligible devices since the beginning of this year. The software reached most of the qualified premium and mid-range devices. In the latest development, the refreshed version of mobile software is reaching out to the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. FYI, this is the first major update for the smartphones as they ship with Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box.

The statement was made official via Xioami’s India official Twitter account. As per the post, the latest software is rolling out to the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge users in India. While other markets will get the package in the next few weeks. The users can identify the package via firmware version 13.0.3.0.SKTINXM weighs around 3GB to download.

Concerning changes, the package carries all new features of Android 12 tossed with the modifications of MIUI 13. The changelog further mentions that the apps can now open as floating windows directly from the sidebar. In addition, it enhances privacy by integrating the June 2022 security patch.
